Hanna Motorsports XLERATOR® "Top Secret" Jet Funny Car |
Al Hanna, President of Hanna Motorsports, one of the nations premier exhibition jet car teams, has announced a new driver program for 'Jet Warz' and beyond, known as the Hanna Motorsports 'Young Lions' program. "I have been racing professionally since the mid-60's, and still love to wheel my jet car whenever I can, but, the future belongs to the young, and we've made a concerted effort to position ourselves for the future with our 'Young Lions' program", stated Al Hanna. As in the past, the Hanna Motorsports program will feature three top jet car teams, the XLERATOR® 'Top Secret' Firebird Jet FC, the 'First Strike' Firebird Jet FC, and the 'Queen of Diamonds' 300 MPH Jet Dragster. In the drivers compartments, there will be three young drivers, all dedicated to the future of Hanna Motorsports, their fans, their tracks, and professional performances and appearances wherever they appear.
Driving the XLERATOR® 'Top Secret', the newest of the cars in the Hanna stable, is Ken Hall, 32, young, but a veteran of drag racing. Ken is currently an active NHRA Safety Safari member in NHRA Division #1, and works both regional and national events when available. He traveled throughout his younger years with his dad, Harry Hall, of the famed 'Shenendoah' AA/GS and BB/FC machines, having both driven and tuned those wild performers. Ken brings his personal attention to detail, appearance, and success, all traits learned through the guidance of his dad and mentor, Harry.
